The intention of Counterbalance Executive Function Consulting, LLC is to support individuals and couples in becoming more adept at independently managing the functional and emotional aspects of life that can be so challenging.

Using my unique SAASS process as a guide we will explore Self-Awareness, Acceptance, Action, Sustainability, and Shine.

Vision

Counterbalance is an accepting environment intended to foster curiosity and awareness about the uniqueness of you. Clients ideally walk away from our time together feeling more knowledgeable and competent in managing the major areas of life functioning, such as:

school, work, relationships, finances,

household management, parenting, and emotional regulation.
