As a person with late diagnosed ADHD I understand what it’s  like to go through life feeling like I’m not as together as I’m “supposed” to be. I believe with my Master of Science Degree in Counseling, 22 years of experience as a School Psychologist, extensive training in Executive Function Skills (EFS), and living with these obstacles myself,  I am in a unique position to support others with executive dysfunction on their learning, healing, and growing path.

My Role

I work in what I would describe as a “coachsultant” role. Combining skills and services provided by both consultants and coaches. In a nutshell my role is to support clients in setting and carrying out their goals with consistency and self compassion. Rather than focusing on traditional coaching concepts such as maximizing, optimizing, and potential,  I support clients by emphasizing self-acceptance, reasonable expectations, and creating a “neuroappropriate” lifestyle.
